The Department of Communities is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to the safety and well being of people in Western Australia. This includes policies and procedures relating to the protection of children and young people,
NDIS policies and procedures are designed to ensure that the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is implemented in a fair and consistent manner. These policies and procedures provide guidance to NDIS participants, providers, and other stakeholders on how to access and use the NDIS. They also provide information on the rights and responsibilities of NDIS participants and providers. The NDIS policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they remain relevant and up to date.
